My name is Jonathan Stephanson. I am a second year business/computer teacher at Northland High School. I am firmly committed to preparing my students for successful entry into the 21st century workforce. The skills and knowledge our children need to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, technology-driving world have and will continue to rapidly change. As an educator, it is my responsibility to keep pace with these changes and prepare my students to be "highly educated, prepared for leadership and service, and empowered for success in a global community".
In my classroom learners can expect a high level of technology integration, the encouragement of creative and critical thinking, and a variety of engaging instructional activities. My singular goal is to provide high-level learning experiences for all my learners, and prepare them for whatever path they choose after leaving my class.
